How to deal with depression
In these days, I feel a deep depression. I think, the main reason is that circumstances surrounding me are changing rapidly. It make me unstable. That is a big stress to me. Because external circumstances are not change easily by my efforts. If so, how can i overcome the depression which comes from external situations.
First of all, there are several questions to determining the degree of depression.
* Depress Degree Test
-. Tired enough to interfere daily life
-. Suffer from insomnia
-. Feel a lethargy
-. Difficult to concentrate one thing
-. Do not feel interested in anything
-. No confidence
-. Sudden weight gain or loss
If you have three or more corresponding, you should seek treatment for depression.
* Remedy for initial depression
-. Taking proper rest : If you suffer initial depression, you can fully recover by just a few days rest.
-. Changing your circumstances : It is helpful to stimulating and changing in life
-. Meditation & Walk
-. Take a time for hobby or excercise
-. conversation with family or friends
If you don't improve with above methods, go hospital and take counseling, medication.
